5 ★ Updating to 5 stars as the developer responded and remedied the issue. Can't use it anymore. Says 'upgrade required', I click update and it takes me to the playstore with only options to open or uninstall. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and same issue. Was working fine yesterday.
1 ★ I can get into the app fine but the next time I want to have a look, I have to uninstall and reinstall just to log in. Every time I go back to the app I am asked to update. No option to update in playstore. Only reinstalling seems to work

5 ★ How has no one come up with an app for this until now!? This is an absolute game changer and exactly how real estate should be sold. Very intuitive UI too 👏 will be spreading the word!
3 ★ The app looks okay, however you need to allow so that searches can be arrange on prices ascending or descending, and by auction ending soonest or later. This will help.
5 ★ To certain extent, it's very transparent and fair to seller and buyer ! Unlike some agents ,who just want to get your wanted pricing without letting you know the actual price from seller !!
1 ★ As a buyer its awful, I'll find a property that doesn't use openn. Hungry sellers trying to push their price up. You won't find a good property with a reasonable price on here. It's not about transparency at all.
1 ★ This experience was Awful.. Incredibly Stressful and with one the app Stopped ...Seriously hope we NEVER have to purchase a property through this App ever again.
5 ★ As an agent, I have found Openn Negotiation to be one of the most ground breaking innovations in Real Estate to date. The refreshing part of this system is that buyers, once approved, can make a bid, sit an wait until final bidding stage, they can be anywhere in the world, on the laptop, tablet or phone. No more going to venues having a thousand eyes watching every move, Openn just takes away the stigma for both parties sitting down at an auction. The vendor is informed every step of the way, they can see what the market is saying, they can adjust reserves before final bidding stage. Big agent reports are pretty much a thing of the past - the bidding report tells the story here. You get real buyers, you get very satisfied vendors knowing you have done everything to get the best result. I can not see myself ever going back to traditional auctions. Thanks for this, Openn has changed my game!!

5 ★ I was sick of buyers saying i would have paid a bit more if only i knew what to pay. Now i use Openn the buyers never say that. The seller always know theyve received the best result as well.
