Description
What is IDyou?
IDyou is a mobile application that can be used on your device to verify the identity of your clients for mortgage transactions. IDyou lets you take pictures of your client and their identification documents in order to satisfy VOI regulations. IDyou’s intuitive system understands the VOI category requirements and guides you through simple steps to ensure a standardised and compliant VOI process within your office. MSA National’s IDyou App is not affiliated with ID.me Wallet.
Why use IDyou?
Changes to legislation across Australia have placed stricter regulations on lenders, brokers, franchisees and loan writers when conducting lending activity. Many states have already implemented Verification of Identity regulations for all loan transactions.
Verification of Identity generally requires the lender, broker, franchisee or loan writer to:
1) conduct face-to-face interviews with the clients;
2) view and store copies of current, original identification documents; and
3) confirm that the client bears a reasonable likeness to the photos in their identification documents.
Storage of the copies of these sensitive identification documents places great responsibility on you. Through IDyou, MSA National offers secure storage of all your VOI documents. All the data you input into IDyou is encrypted and stored on certified secure servers avoiding the risk of loss or theft, and ensuring the security of your client’s information

1 ★ Can't use it, keeps taking me to the login screen when trying to upload my licence
1 ★ Video didn't work on an LG V40
1 ★ Doesn't allow manual input of date of birth. Clunky app. You need to know sign language and wear earplugs when you make the video call as you can't hear client and they can't hear you and huge screeching static noise in the background and doesn't prompt clients to turn phone to sign so signature quiet small. Needs to be fixed asap!
1 ★ Very inconvenient, cannot upload a document only take a photo of a document. I have all my documents saved for times like this then some moron decided to make an app that won't let you upload a document. If I could give it negative stars I would.
4 ★ Worked good up until video call. Only thing wrong was no voice audio and, instead, a loud screeching noise on both ends of the video call. Otherwise seems to have done it a job.
1 ★ Can't use it properly. Starred taking photos it won't let me go any further😕 Still won't let me log in again. Very frustrating😕
1 ★ Worst app ever used. During registration password was given in plain text (via email and no option to change password within the app.
1 ★ The security is pathetic; only a 6 character password and single factor authentication on something I am supposed to trust with my 100 points of ID.
1 ★ This stupid app stops when I try to take photos of licenses. Need to fix it. Annoying thing.
1 ★ No option to manually type date of birth have to scroll through the calendar. Verification tab is not very responsive.
1 ★ Horribly unreliable connection and uploading system.
1 ★ Its amazing how Goverment allowed to collect and store the most sensitive information by those clowns. 21 century is digital prison
1 ★ Terrible
1 ★ 0/500
3 ★ Why idme Android doesn't have remote VOI?
