WikiCamps makes it incredibly easy to find sites. Simply bring up the site list to see sites nearest to your current location, or use the map screen to see exactly where they are on a street or satellite map.
Then tap a site to bring up its details page. The site details page shows icons representing features the site has to offer, such as toilets, showers, power, pet friendly, and so many more! It also shows the name, address, contact details, a user rating, user reviews, prices, photos and even a handy 7 day weather forecast.
Use site filters to narrow down your results and only show sites which are relative to your needs. Eg. Must have toilets, must be pet friendly, has power available, etc.
Add sites to your favourites to keep track of places you want to visit! Sign up for a WikiCamps user account (free) to sync favourites across multiple devices.
Create and plan multiple road trips using the built-in trip planner. Add sites to your trip, update your progress as you drive, then share your trip with friends and family.

1 ★ I tried to use the app today, and it now demands payment to continue. The listing did not clearly state that the app is a trial only. It's not expensive, but in my opinion a little underhand, so deleting (I hadn't even got around to testing the app before it expired).
4 ★ Not let me down yet and where descriptions are not accurate you can update the info. However i just opened it up and it has become a pay site.
4 ★ Great little app, used whilst touring western scotland & the Isles in our little campervan, found to be very useful and it has mapped our route & POI as we have travelled & also our planned route ( in a different colour) Easily added a campsite not listed. Love it. Would buy the paid app if it had added features...... may buy it anyway as it's worth it .
5 ★ We travelled over 7000 km around Australia with WikiCamps Australia, and it was fantastic. I did lots of planning beforehand using it, and it proved extremely reliable across both a mobile phone and a table. I'm sure that the UK version will be equally useful. Please bring out a Continental Europe version.
5 ★ Really good idea and well executed. Only costs £0.69 after trial ends ! People complaining that it is not free should try setting up an app like this themselves! There are no adverts so how else would the developer make it worth his effort? 69 pence is a bargain, this app just made our Scotland trip a lot easier.
5 ★ Excellent app for caravan and camping, not completely free 0.79pence. Content can be updated by users. Once payment made its yours for life on any platform.
1 ★ Is asking for payment all the sudden. Was not clear that this was only a trial and does not state how much it costs. Uninstalled instantly!
1 ★ Today 8/3/2020 suddenly asking for payment when I ask for new destination, and without saying how much. Has been free till now. No mention of membership fee for this app in Google. Am uninstalling as a result. Rubbish.

5 ★ Dont know what would have done without it on our motorhome trip around the UK. stored whole trip on the trip planner which shows you where you have been and how far you'v travelled..
1 ★ Would be better with Storage included in the filter, like Turnover Farm has storage and site facilities. You can store your van and get it put on the site too.
1 ★ Rubbish, installed and wasn't able even to look around as asking for payment straight away. No 14 days trial and no mention how much does this app cost. Deleting it!
3 ★ Seems biased heavily towards caravan/ campers. Tents, not so much.
