1 ★ I've used this App for many years and found it reliable and extremely useful particularly using Trip Planner. Lately however, it constanty crashes on my mobile just after I open it so I can't even send a report. Still working on my laptop but that's pretty useless when travelling. Prior to the last couple of days I would have given it 5 stars but now sadly it's below 1.

1 ★ The app and whoever is controlling is horrible at present....AGAIN...It constantly crashes, has lost all my previous trips, is ridiculously slow and completely unreliable. The fact that I'm a paid member makes it all the worse. To top things off, no-one is answering emails, messages or reviews.

1 ★ Disappointing that my paid subscription here with android can't also be honoured in the apple app store for iPhone ..you would think that by using the same email account and log in it would be transferrable or at least refundable. As it is, I'm still able to install wikicamps across multiple android devices which is of no use whatsoever.......go figure!

4 ★ Update: works pretty good really like it. Has most roads but is missing a few tracks up around cape york. But it's great for planning your trip. Had issues with the app login but seems to be fixed now will give it another go *fingers crossed* this app seems awesome as long as it continues to work

3 ★ Been using wiki for 5 years and its really great for info and reviews. Couldnt get it to work after changing phones but after a couple of texts to and fro, shes back to her old self. Love how you can store your trips, past and present. 5 stars from me. Im editing from here, since the upgrade I have had nothing but dramas. Trips that the progress bar seems to move where and when it likes! So frustrated! Wiki is trying to work it out but its still doing it. Im now trying another app!

1 ★ This app is beyond a joke now, ever since the forced update at the end of June 2023 the app is completely useless. The amount of times I have contacted the developers and it's still not sorted. I can't even contact them via the app now as it just crashes every single time. I have a brand new phone so the phone is not the issue.

1 ★ This was a good app. Now, however, it is so laggy, stops and shuts down, you fall asleep waiting for it load trip map then It decides to stop loading the trip you have been on. Looking for something else

1 ★ Can't access the app anymore without having to pay after 2 weeks trial without informing me it was a trial. I don't mind paying for the app. But no where was it mentioned i was using a trial, neother on the website nor app. and it does not say how long the subscription is for $9.99. Information please

1 ★ And the creep continues. Was an invaluable resource, now another personal details thieving branch of PayPal and Google. I have used this app on and off for years. I am leaving for a trip shortly, so re-installed the app. I am confronted with a page on start up demanding payment via Google or PayPal and to sign up using a Google account, none of which were necessary in the past. I sent an email to support questioning this. The answer was: you have not used the app with a google acct before.

3 ★ Previous purchase no longer recognised. After using the app, patiently wading through recent issues I tried using it after the latest update without success. The app loads then instantly advises "You can unlock...." for more money. Option to "Restore Purchase" does not work. UPDATE: Judy from support was great, issue is with PlayStore. Helped me resolve.

1 ★ Screw these updates! This used to be such a good app. Downloading site content takes days, without thumbnails, when it used to take minutes, with thumbnails. App upgrade? more like server downgrade! This app is now pretty much useless offline, so slow and crashes constantly unless online.

4 ★ I've been using app for a very long time which has always been great with no drop outs and was fast. Since the update, I have had problems with it booting me and it being very slow.

2 ★ I hope you read this. I paid $8.00 2 years ago. I was informed that this would be a one time payment. Now since I upgraded I had to pay another $8.00 & so did my wife on her phone. There is another upgrade available & I will not be upgrading because of the over charge possibility. I have been looking at using another app. I would like a reply please. Regards Greg

1 ★ 3 months after the major update, it's useable, but still very slow.. Another update: Oct23, now it doesn't recognise account and crashes. Get new developers.. Oct25, updated to fix that, now freezes as soon as it's opened, not usable at all.

3 ★ App has slowly degraded in performance until today and now it no longer acknowledges that we purchased it. Am going to have to look elsewhere because for months now, this hasn't cut the mustard. Update: an app update has allowed access again but it's still miserably slow despite having loaded all offline content.
