SEMERGY basic APK

SEMERGY basic is an android app for the approximate calculation of the heating demand (HWB) of a building. The app is designed to - for example purchasing a building - to check the plausibility of the stated values. Based on this, the web-based version of SEMERGY for a more accurate calculation of the MSB and the individual definition of cost-effective and sustainable remedial measures to improve building energy efficiency can be used.
The calculated SEMERGY of basic heating requirement is calculated on the basis of your information and is intended as a guideline. The actual energy consumption of your building can, especially in non-standard usage or made part renovations, deviate from the calculated guideline value significantly. SEMERGY basic is to be understood as an information tool and not a substitute for professional heating requirement calculation.

SEMERGY is available in German language.
