TRACKING
Find out where your shipments are at all times (+ barcode scanner)
You can either find shipments with the shipment or notification number, or simply scan using a barcode scanner. If the status of your delivery changes, you will be informed by a push message. So you always know where your package is and when it will be delivered. The Broadcast Radar also notifies you when a shipment is near you.
E-NOTIFICATION FOR PACKAGE DELIVERY
Save your way with the yellow note on your smartphone
If a package could not be delivered, you will be informed about the pick-up option directly in the app. You can pick up the package without first having to get the delivery notification (yellow slip) at home. With the electronic yellow slip, you can also simply hire someone else to pick up your shipment.

Overview of all packages and shipment histories
In the Post App you will find all saved shipments with current status and expected delivery date for each package at a glance. As a registered user your shipment history will be saved in order to understand the way of a shipment.

Easily redirect your package
With the package redirection you have different options available: The diversion to a nearby branch or pickup station, to your neighbor, to a certain place of storage or also the change of the delivery date / time.
The handy e-mailbox always on your smartphone
With the e-letter, you receive invoices, contracts and other important documents quickly, conveniently and reliably in digital form. In the post-app, you can access the e-mailbox at any time and securely. The combination of portal and e-mail, as well as the proof of delivery for consignor and recipient ensures high security for the e-letter.
POST LOCATION FINDER
Find nearby branches, mailboxes and partners
Find all branches, post offices and mailboxes in your area or search for addresses. The app shows you how far away the next location is and directs you there. In addition, opening hours are displayed for each branch.

Calculate the optimal fare for your shipment
With the rate calculator you will find the right tariff for your shipments. Simply enter the weight, size and country of destination of your package and the app will return the fare and shipping options.
To be able to use services such as e-notification or save shipments, you must be registered. You can do that quickly and easily in the app.

1 ★ The last few days the app wouldn't even load. Today it loads again but a lot of my shipments are missing. It is a pain to manually reenter them. Push notifications didn't work on my previous phone and they don't work on my new phone either. Shipments do not get added automatically even though it is the same name and adress specified in the app Edit: Tried to readd one of my shipments, the app said it had been added to my list but i can't find it anywhere. At this point the app is useless.
5 ★ Great app, unreliable couriers. One time, my package was showing as delivered and was nowhere to be found. After a few calls and 3 more days, my package showed up at my door. Another time, they left a (quite expensive) package on the stairs and I found it. It only showed as delivered the second day.
1 ★ Why is registration needing all my personal details, including my passport number? I just want to track I parcel I've posted in the UK. And no option for English language either ...? No use at all. I'm uninstalling this.
2 ★ Had to uninstall the app to be able to open a package tracking link.
5 ★ Super awesome app to have if you regularly shop online. No need to enter tracking number all tracked posts to your address appear in the app. Relay love it. And push notifications for delivery status. Only thing missing is English translation but for now I can live with it. Highly recommend.
3 ★ The app is fine, friendly enough. What is really annoying is that they always give you the option to change the address or the time of delivery through the app and it never works. Never. I don't know whether the issue is with the app or the post itself.
5 ★ I am using it to track my parcels. Its nice parcels are added automatically sometimes.
4 ★ Great app, good features and always accurate. The interface works well and just makes tracking parcels a lot easier. The only thing that makes if fall short of a 5 star review is that the app is only available in german.
1 ★ Too dependant on internet connection. (Offline storage would do some good) Have to reload 10 times to maybe one time see package list/history. Not all expected post/packages are visible (not just app dependant)..
3 ★ It always opens with an error message, after I click OK, it just works fine. Would like to be able to provide feedback other than a missing package. For example my gelber Zettel got thrown into someone else's post box.
5 ★ Very good parcel tracking, like that you can push notifications for saved shipments. Would like to be able to filter which events I want notifications for.
5 ★ So far I do not have problems with this app. It's very helpful for me to know where and when my package is arriving. Sometimes it doesn't state but it's okay.
4 ★ Up to now I'm very happy with being notified well in advance of new arrival of packages with the possibility of re-routing the delivery. 5 stars if one could track the actual geo- position of the delivery vehicle ;)
1 ★ The website has an English option but the app does not. Add an English option please
1 ★ Awfully made app. With every update it gets worse. Now I can log in at all. Probably have to again uninstall and install again. Shame!
