1 ★ Began downloading to buy PRO until skimming through reviews, then quickly uninstalled before even setting up. Too many people appear to have premature charges & some accidental charges from their kids etc but they all had 1 major breaking denominator which was the developers same cold repetitive response that they all accepted the terms and conditions because we all endless time to read the 20 pages of legalities & TOS every single time we sign up or purchase anything.

1 ★ DO NOT GET THIS APP Not only did this app not work as it should've done, it doesn't let you use it unless you agree to a 7 day free trial and then a payment for £39.99 for the year. After not even half an hour a deleted the app and today the money was taken from my paypal. I had no reminder that my subscription was up but i deleted the app! How am i suppose to use an app i have deleted. I am also 'unable to get a refund' even though i have tried every available option. From reviews im not 1st.

5 ★ I actually LOVE the app, and the pro version. However, I had to reset my phone, and now the app will not install. I AM having no issues downloading and installing any other apps, but have been unsuccessful with iTranslate for several days now. It's frustrating because the app has been an invaluable tool for me as I Self-teach multiple languages.

1 ★ It has potential, really, but them scamming people AND being snarky with there automatic responses, is enough for me not to support them. I was considering trying out the trial, because that's what a trial is for, to try out things. Based off all the other reviews, they would proceed to not let me cancel it, steal my money, and then blame it on Google. Google made playstore, not your app. Refuse to show support to unprofessional babies, who can't even scam people sneakily. So eat this one star.

3 ★ Pretty annoying, at the end of my trial i got automatically billed to start a purchase without my consent. Moreover there's no refund after a cancellation , even on a day after the purchase. This might be the expected behavior of the app per SLA once u aggree to install it. But I think there should be a notification at the expiration of the trial in order let the user decide to either purchase a subscription or not.

1 ★ Too many steps to get a translation, doesn't translate accurately, and doesn't auto detect the source language. Should probably improve the app before charging for it. Dear developers, I did give specifics. The app does not auto detect the source language, does not accurately translate into the target language, and requires too many steps to get a translation, i.e I have to search through the long list of languages to find the source, then the target language to get an incorrect translation.

1 ★ I have requested a refund of the subscription on the SAME DAY i was charged (well within the guidelines) and this request has been denied. I have been charged an unwanted $42 after usining the free trial of a service that DIDNT WORK in the first place. I am currently attemting to do everything i can to recieve my money back. But this is rediculous. Ive been charged for a YEARLY subscripiton aswell. The developer hasnot included any smaller forms of transaction such as a $10 monthly option.

1 ★ DO NOT BUY. They do not tell you when the subscription begins. I got charged £40 for the start of a subscription when my free trial wasn't even over. This is a scam.

1 ★ I'm literally not paying for a subscription that doesn't even let you try the lens feature for free at least once. That's all I wanted to try out, promptly deleted this app right after installing. Just use Google translate... its 100% free

1 ★ I did not agree or want to purchase this app or any subscription, I want my 44 dollars back, I simply tried it, when I seen that it would cost that much , I declined to purchase, however you went and charged my card anyways, I declined subscription on google play. I did not authorize it, please return my money, I did not authorize it. This is unauthorized, you charged over n over n over until there was a balance that satisfied your query.

1 ★ Shady shady. I signed up for the free version of the app. There was No confirmation of payment on Google or No Indication of a trial with payment being involved at the end. It literally said "install' and thats it. I was charged 43$ I even deleted the app and re installed it to see if anything came up about payment and again. nothing came up. Pretty shady

3 ★ Came here from Baidu Translate. Cantonese translation isn't the best but I am grateful it included this language. Should not have to pay for camera translate when there are already ads. I used free version but uninstalled when I found free camera translate elsewhere.

1 ★ support is automated and no one will give me back my money for a year membership when my 8 year old son was the one who did it. Good job 👏 guys , making money off of accidental purchases and not giving a refund. Just because there are terms of service and "rules" doesn't mean you can't make the decision to give a refund. I've had this happen with other HUGELY successful apps and they returned my money. Customer service is key, and that is where this trash company lacks. Hope you get COVID 🙏

1 ★ I've never actually used this app so I cannot give a tasting but. I cancelled my free trial days before it was up how did it get reinstated by it's self? I was just charged 39.99 for a app I've never actually used and cancelled on early? I chose the same option both times cost related issues so I do not have the financial capabilities right now to be paying for $40 apps during covid-19 I have to rely on the government's unemployment that doesn't even pay 1/3 of all my bills. Will give 5 stars
