in order to promote security building
citizen children, youth and adults with disorder
autism spectrum (ASD) in the province of Neuquen.
To achieve this, an approach to autism addresses allowing
understand the needs of those who receive and decode
social conventions of the city environment in a way
different, and provide strategies to ensure the safety and
enjoyment of the rights of this group of people.
It is based on the experiences of people with autism, their
families and professionals linked to autism spectrum.
It contains examples of real and professional life and is designed
to be viewed as a regular reference.
Public safety is built by working together, the
own people with ASD, their families, therapists and police
Neuquen. But when situations become risky,
Blue Ties families trust each police
our province caring for our greatest treasure, our
children with autism.
Mission: To achieve full social inclusion in all areas of
children, youth and adults with ASD in the province of Neuquen from
respect for their rights and their dignity.
Vision: To be recognized as an organization of civil society
neuquina relating to inclusion and create opportunities for promotion and
defending the rights of people with autism.
Objectives: To provide support, assistance and support to people
diagnosed with ASD and their families. Promote the development of
work programs and educational inclusion as well as generate and
participate in any action to ensure social inclusion and
effective exercise of the rights of people with ASD.
