•Contract the Telecentre Products that we have to offer you.
•Acquire the Subscriptions that you like the most.
•Hire the Packs we have so you can enjoy both on TV and on your devices.
BILLING
•View your history and download pending and paid invoices.
•Change your payment method from cash to automatic debit with a Credit, Debit or CBU Card.
•Make your pending payments with Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash and other available means.
TECHNICAL VISITS
•Follow the status of your Technical Visit in real time.
•Manage the cancellation or reschedule a new day for your Technical Visit.

1 ★ Telecentro un desastre en el área de atención al cliente y resolución de problemas. El servicio es mediocre
1 ★ Telecentro wifi esta lleno de bugs en sucursal virtual (tanto en la app, como en la version WEB). A veces se bugea y no deja borrar los dispositivos. Te pasas de cuota casi 300% sin saber y dps ya no te deja renovar. Te dice no tenes mas espacio para agregar dispositivos pero figuran 0 dispositivos agregados. Es un peligro. He pagado sin poder usarlo. A veces te dice q podes agregar solo 1, a veces solo 2, a veces solo 3.... totalmente inconsistente. En at cliente te toman reclamo pero no lo arregla la gente q deberia hacerlo.
1 ★ No atienden por la opción de WhatsApp. Tardan horas en contactarse. Y después pasan más horas entre cada intercambio de textos. No llaman al cliente. Prometen un servicio de 1000 MB y no llegan a 850 MB. Absoluto desprecio por el cliente.
1 ★ No tiene opciones realmente útiles, sobre como solucionar problemas técnicos, nadie que te pueda responder y ayudar que no sea un chatbot. Realmente triste.
1 ★ El servicio es precario. No es barato. Todas las semanas tengo problemas de conectividad. Y todos los dias tengo intermitencia. Ademas cerraron todas las sucursales para ir en persona.

1 ★ No hay opción de dar de baja el servicio de Telecentro Wifi. La desvinculación del dispositivo no alcanza para dar de baja el servicio. Y es necesario comunicarse con un representante de Telecentro.
1 ★ Malísima, completamente inútil y cada dos por tres directamente no abre. No te da información para solucionar nada. Es más efectivo el whatsapp
1 ★ Estaría bueno que se pueda bloquear y reiniciar el wifi desde la app
1 ★ Nos dicen que por las restricciones usemos la app, pero la app se limita demasiado, solo podemos agregar y agregar servicios, pero no hay ninguna opción para darle de baja a las que no queremos, también siempre anda fallando y más al momento de ver los dispositivos de Telecentro WiFi. Añadiendo que desde que empezaron a cobrar el WiFi de la calle es mucho peor que cuando era gratis, no me j0dan.
