Astra projection or rather Astra travel is a term used in abstruse to describe a willful out-of-the-body (OBE) experience that assumes the existence of once consciousness also called an Astra body.

Astra body is a separate body from the physical body which has the capability of traveling outside the physical body throughout the universe.
