1 ★ No delivery on time . No proper information. Simply coustomer support calls to irritate. No cancellation option. After order you will get msg that no service to ur place. No use of this app.

5 ★ Only scheduled deliveries are available now, but they always understand your concern and do their best to get you water when it's an emergency even though they do not currently do express deliveries. I came to know that they are starting express delivery services soon as per customer requests. Will certainly recommend them if you are looking for genuine services.
1 ★ After switching to the app,the service is very poor.. I haven't experienced ontime delivery even once after the switch...No response when called to the support number..no one answers..! Booked an order 5 days ago..still waiting for an update... reported the issue yesterday but no use. Deeply disappointed.

1 ★ Worst Experience ever. They don't know what they are doing, like drinking water is a essential thing and they don't care about their business or client. Now their contact number is also not working.

5 ★ It also has feature to measure water consumption a day. Personally, It's the best because of our busy life, we almost forget to have good amount of water especially in winters. It's already given in the app and very helpful.
