1 ★ After few tries of entering otp, it only says invalid otp where in fact I am using the otp they sent just minutes ago.

1 ★ Totally useless for me now after they changed to a different rewards system. I've been paying my Sun postpaid bills for the past few years on time, even weeks before the due date but I'm not getting any rewards recently, even on my other enrolled accounts like Maynilad. There's a lack of transparency since I cannot view details regarding these so called "raffles" they claim to have. Fix it.
1 ★ This so-called rewards program has never given me anything since it was launched. 1. Ang hirap mag accumulate ng points. It entices user to shop on Zalora (you have to have 4 transactions before points given) and Lazada (shop twice to earn points) thru MVP. 2. I have an enrolled smart service that's being loaded monthly and they dont accumulate points. 3. Without proper notice and education of their program, the app wiped out my hard-earned points come April. Ni-revised na naman nila program
