Download the latest RealReviews application, version 1.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Communication app is developed by High School App Inventors and is easy to download and install.

Description

RealReviews is an app that is designed as a platform for customers to upload reviews for different restaurants. It aims to improve customer experiences and encourage communication of authentic feedback. In addition to uploading customer reviews which is its major function, the app records and stores the instantaneous geographical location into the database as soon as the review is submitted. Combining these two pieces of information, the app will use machine learning techniques to calculate a confidence score which will be shown in the app. Customers can then refer to the confidence scores of the reviews and have a better understanding of the restaurants. The app is created and published by Yuexin (Sophia) Li (email: sli2@branksome.on.ca; phone: 6478354298), and is inspired by the following research paper: "An Intelligent Approach to Review Filtering and Review Quality Improvement" by Iain Lee, Yu Sun, and Yuexin (Sophia) Li.
