Description
Sends commands for speed and steering over serial bluetooth connection to an Arduino
Command-string format: "RC,steering,speed,\n" (\n is newline-character)
steering: range -100..+100 (can be used to control a servo)
speed: range -100..+100 (can be used to speed control a motor)
