Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

4 ★ I can see myself using this on patrol when you get the report portion finished. Nice work so far and can't wait for the completed version. Any word on when and what we can expect with the full version?

2 ★ Unable to enter basic subject/vehicle data. Basic SFST tests work. No way to send/print info. Clearly a work in progress.
