Stop Calcio is the first App with which you can easily define and control a low calcium diet. Once installed it does not require Internet connections.

It is an indispensable tool for those suffering from inversion between day and night in urinary calcium excretion, but also a useful support for anyone who wants to monitor the introduction of calcium through drinks and food.

Stop Calcio is an easy-to-use App and is provided with a large database obtained from the nut.entecra.it site for food (CREA - Research Center for Food and Nutrition) and from the websites www.altroconsumo.it and www. acqueinbottiglia.fondazioneamga.org for mineral waters.

The database does not contain all the mineral waters marketed in Italy. To add your favorite water, simply send photos of the label to the developer.

"Settings" button
With this button you access the window in which you can customize the calcium limits for each food or for the entire meal. The set values ​​are then saved until the next change is made. It is recommended to set the desired values ​​at first use.

"List" key
With this button you access the window dedicated to searching for individual foods. You can scroll through the list, in which the foods are shown in alphabetical order, or type in the search field "Search list" part of the name: in this way the list will be automatically filtered to those foods whose name contains the word typed .
If you touch the item of a food, it is highlighted in red or green depending on whether the calcium content exceeds or not the preset limit.

"Meal" button
With this button you access the window dedicated to the composition of an entire meal.
Touching the "+" sign you can add a flow: the list of foods opens and, as for the previous window, you can scroll it or you can type in the search field "Search list" part of the name of the food searched . Once you have chosen the food with one touch, you must set the quantity in the field below and then touch the add button.
In the same way you can add as many courses as you want. The App provides the total amount of calcium contained and the percentage with respect to the set limit, which is also represented visually by a colored bar.
Each course can be removed individually by touching it and then touching the button with the "-" sign. And it is finally possible to cancel the whole meal by touching the key with the sign "X".
