Description
Prevent your customers from crowding at the doors of your Bar, Restaurant, Shop ..., while they wait for their turn.
YouTurn allows you to avoid the crowds and waste of time caused by queuing.
FUNCTIONING:
- Create a virtual queue by generating a QR code that your customers can scan to obtain a position in the queue.
- Print the file created by the app and place it in an accessible place for your clients. It can be at the door of the establishment, at a counter etc.
- When your clients scan the code, they will get a place on the waiting list and the application will inform them at all times of their position in the queue. When your shift approaches, you will receive a notification letting you know how many people are in front of you. In this way, YouTurn users can, meanwhile, take advantage of the time to carry out other tasks, thus avoiding the formation of riots at the doors of the establishments.
- You can manage the queue from your phone, advancing the waiting list when you consider it appropriate.
