MENTAL FORM: BODY SCAN
Guided meditation through the whole body. This guide is the final stage of the PME, in which the perception is directed to individual body parts without tensing them. The relaxation is now only mental. Helpful ideas (sun, beach, sea) support this.

PAUSES / DURATION OF TENSION
The pause lengths between the muscle groups and the duration of the tension of the muscle groups can be adjusted.

MUSIC & NATURE / SOUNDS
It can be chosen from 5 musics & 23 natural sounds.

DEPLOY OR RELAX
All exercises can be used to fall asleep, with withdrawal or without outro.

TIME
The music / sounds can be continued indefinitely at the end.

FORWARD TIME
Before the exercise begins, a lead time can be set in which only music / nature sounds can be heard.

KeepScreenOn
If sound problems occur during standby (screen timeout), activate the KeepScreenOn mode (this may only be necessary in very rare cases).
