As the LM35 sensor works:

The LM35 is a precision sensor in Celsius and has an analog output voltage, its measurement range is from -55 ° C to +150 ° C with an accuracy of ± 0.5 ° C. The output voltage is 10mV / ° C. Its output can be connected directly to the port of any microcontroller.

LM35 is a basic operation for each output is 10mV in degree Celsius, then its output is measured at 222 mV, that is the temperature is 22.2 ° C.
