Description
If you don't want to clutter your phone contact list by adding every caller, Weta is just the right app for you. This nifty contact management app helps you add temporary phone numbers easily in a secondary phone book. Now, that’s something everyone would love. You can always move these number to your main contact or delete them easily.
Weta contact management app also helps you with the following features:
Add notes to each call:
Closed a business deal over phone? Trying to recollect what you spoke to someone 6 months back? Notes is the answer. What’s more, the next time you receive a call from the same person, the notes you added appear as an overlay along with their number.
Blacklist spam callers:
Everyone dreads calls from telemarketers. Then there are other pesky callers born just to annoy you. With Weta, you can mark these callers as spam, so that you get a spam alert the next time they try to call you.
Call reminder:
Won’t it be nice if you are reminded of the calls and other tasks you need to carry out? With the handy reminder alert feature, Weta provides you that little nudge you need to remind of that important you have to make.
Duplicate Contacts Remover:
Find duplicate numbers or names in your contact list and easily delete or merge them.
Contact backup:
Take a backup of all your phone numbers by exporting them in .VCF format. You can also mail or message the contact list and import them later.
Fully private:
With Weta Contact Manager your phone numbers are all yours and not shared with anyone else - including us.
Integrated call and SMS:
Make a call or send a text message right from the app.

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to read the user's call log.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to send SMS messages.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

3 ★ Good idea and an attractive app, but it bothers me that not all of the contacts info is visible. I'd gladly connect more of my accounts to have the info imported. Also, it would be great if notes could serve as reminders with notifications at set times to make them more useful.

2 ★ Needs a few settings. No ability to organize by last name, inability to skip to specific first letters of a name. I have to scroll all the way to z to call my friend Zach. Sticking with stock for now
