Vivoo: Your Wellness Platform 2.6.2 APK requires following permissions:

3 ★ I'm normally in high ketosis and the app shows contradicting results. It shows "Your value 5-15" not above optimal, between 5 - 15 on the scale, but above negative, between 0 - 5. And in the description, it mentions I'm hitting the sweet spot for ketosis. So what's true? Either the strips aren't able to detect ketones properly or the app doesn't show the result correctly.
3 ★ I can't say much about the app since I didn't get a chance to use it because my order was never shipped / never arrived.
3 ★ *updating as I have finally recieved my sticks after 2 months. Cudos to customer care team. They are really great. I have updated from 1 star to 3 stars becos of this. In terms of the app itself and if this product actually works. Hard to say after 1 try so far. Some of the extra info links don't link to anything. So some fixing required there. As for the results. Hard to tell how accurate it is without a benchmark. Still waiting for my order to be posted out 6 weeks after I've been charged.
1 ★ I was very pleased with this app, which I've successfully used multiple times, but when I opened it up on my phone today, it asked for my password, which it's never done before. I don't even remember setting one up. When I put in my email address to get a password recovery, it says it has "sent instructions to my email". Even though I've gone though this process numerous times, I've still not received recovery emails. This is so frustrating. There's no other options to recover the account.
2 ★ £5 per strip for the bare results, nothing more. For the price of the strips you need more way, way more advise than the very basics. Things like" If you're dehydrated, try drinking more water" make me feel this is just bit of a scam. Pointless untill this greatly improves for the consumer after sale. Oh, they do have a ask an advisor section but not had a response as of yet. Used for 2 weeks 4 strips a week for ketosis. Reviewed for local publication so I did not buy for myself
2 ★ Keeps 'forgetting' me. Created an account then it said I didn't exist after a few months. Asked customer service who eventually told me they would sort it. By this point I had sticks I wanted to use and the weeks were passing so I created a new account. Customer service said it were going to merge the accounts. Never heard back. That was last year. App asked me to login a couple of weeks ago and doesn't recognise my password. Rest password, but doesn't recognise my email. AGAIN!
2 ★ I ordered a 12 month supply a year ago & then didn't end up using them all. Today I discovered that they silently charged me for another subscription but at a much higher price. They didn't send me an email warning about the renewal in advance and they didn't even send me an email letting me know I'd been charged! Such predatory tactics.
3 ★ I got this to test my liver and kidney function. The first time I used the test strip this appeared with results. But the second time I used it, it didn't appear with the results... like they were missing. I don't know if there's a problem with the app or what.
4 ★ I would love to give you guys 5 stars because I really enjoyed my experience so far. But what would make this a 5 star app to me is if you added the following: Mood tracker, and a Food tracker. It would mean I could get rid of two other apps and have everything in one place!! It would be perfect and super convenient
3 ★ Inconsistent. Camera can't be relied on to capture the correct reading. They don't tell you which square is which, which is annoying. Amazon sells a bottle of 50 strips for $15. Readings are on the side of the bottle. I recommend those 100% over this. Vivoo is just a gimmick.
5 ★ App is perfect also strips are very easy to use👍I tried same strip with different type of phones and it worked every time with same diognosis. Thank you very much guys I am a bit lazy person but I can finally track my health status and give required attention to my body.
5 ★ Amazing and highly recommended. I have strips from other company's and I always feel just lost when searching results. This lays it out right there and explains exactly what it means. I will definitely stick to this brand. I'm also healthier then I expected and I know where I can improve to be at my best. I'm just overall satisfied and happy 😊
2 ★ Hi, i got a test to try it out but unfortunately didn't manage to use it because the app is continually crashing. I have a Oneplus8 phone so I think the performance is not a problem, but i think there are some compatibility issues.
5 ★ As a crossfitter and a male in his late 20's I have a passion for maintaining a healthy, functionally fit body. I use Vivoo because it is an easy way to track and manage the metrics I can't track from the outside, such as how well my body is responding to my high-protein and sometimes restrictive diet. Its been such a wonderful tool, with great information and advice to continually improve your overall health. Personally, I am hooked. I highly recommend this product!
4 ★ The day I published the 1st review below, I also sent an email to Vivoo re my frustrations. Initially, they told me they had sent out an email detailing the price increase for their new strips and that they subsequently did not issue refunds. I challenged them to produce the email. They did not/could not, but did issue me a credit. No cust service number published. DONT DO IT! THEY SECRETLY MAKE YOU DO A SUBSCRIPTION. WE TRIED IT OUT FOR $50 AND THEN A YEAR LATER CHARGED US $250 OUT OF THE BLUE.
