Description
At first the carnival work was the central task of the association, which concerned in particular the organization of the cap sessions, the Rose Monday parade as well as the burning of carnival followed by herring dinner.
In 1987, a play was first performed on stage in the hall of today's Bürger- und Vereinshaus, which fortunately turned out to be a huge success. In addition to the Carnival events, the theatrical performances are now a long-standing tradition, which is regularly continued every two years in the winter months, with great success as well.
All Föhren citizens who would like to participate actively or inactive (in front of or behind the scenes) in the Fiehrer Foasenicht are always welcome.
