Description
Our lightweight, electric partial scooters are your easiest way through the city. Not yours, but for you. There is always one near you. You will be on the road within 30 seconds. And that's great, because nobody likes waiting. With Check you are on your way in no time. And back home again.
Using a Check
Using a Check is very simple - this is how it works:
• Open the app and click on a scooter to reserve it
• Unlock the scooter with your Check app and start the scooter
• Park the scooter within the service area of Check and end your ride via the Check app
Creating an account
Are you using Check for the first time? Creating an account is very simple! Download the app and create an account. Make sure you have your driving license (type B) at hand and within a few minutes you are on the road.

App permissions

1 ★ Cannot check out the APP and therewith the service area without FIRST providing your payment details. That is BAD. It feels like the only thing this APP is after is getting your payment details; nothing else. Even if you have a credit, then you still cannot use/browse the APP until having entered your payment details.
1 ★ The customer service is horrible in this app. They don't even have service number to call if something happens. You have to submit a ticket and wait for few hours before anything is done about it.

1 ★ You need to provide all your private information even for just checking the app and prices. That's so irritating. The moment it asked for a selfie video I changed my mind and decided to uninstall. Felyx is better at least they ask all those private information when you actually attempt to hire the scooter. Please refund my 0.01 cent.
