HOW TO USE POPSHOP
Step 1: Registration
Register using phone number and OTP
Step 2: List products
Click on the Sell button in the bottom bar ( 📷 ), upload your product images, enter your product details and pick up address .
Step 3: Add Bank details
Go to your profile (🙎🏻♂️), click on Settings (⚙️) on the top right corner, go to ‘My Bank Details’ and add your bank details where you wish to receive your payments.
Step 4: Share Products with Customers
When you get an enquiry from customers, just share your PopShop link and ask them to book the order.
Step 5: Accept orders and dispatch the parcel
Once your customer places an order, you will get a notification. Click on the notification and accept the order. Once your order is packed, mark the order as ‘ready to ship’ in the accepted orders tab.
Download the shipping labels in the ‘Ready to Ship’ tab and take a print out to stick it on the parcel.
Our pick up agent will come to your pick up address and pick your parcel.
Step 6: Tracking and Delivery
After your product is dispatched, check your product’s tracking status by clicking ‘Track Order’ in the dispatched tab.

1 ★ Hi, I'm a seller at Popshop, I've recently built the website of my Store on Popshop, few days after i received my first order, after completing till "Ready to ship" it didn't showed anything, today it's been 6 days, and i received and place the order on 31/03/2021, The first day a delivery man called me saying "aapne abhi order place haina Popshop se, haa mai kal lene aajaunga, and he never came, even i called him few times, all he did was give excuse. POOR DELIVERY SERVICES.
1 ★ Worst app, do not depend on such PopShop kind of cheap apps for your business. They are very unprofessional. I met with a loss of 48000 rupees due to the fraud they did with us by deduction of this amount on the name of over weight deduction however the products were underweighted. I complaint with all proofs but there was naver a resolution from their side. Also, they lost, misplace the products from the package and when we complain to their customer support they don't even take responsibility.
1 ★ While login it shows first 5 orders can be delivered free, but when received order regular delivery charges showing? No contact number for customer care, you have to email for every small issue's. Overall not an user-friendly application.
1 ★ I have ordered a back cover long time ago but the seller hasn't dispatched my order yet. I have done the payment through online. Don't know why popshop is added chat section while seller is not responding single time. I request everyone that don't purchase anything from here, otherwise you might be cheated just like me.
1 ★ It's very worst application Don't use this app. The item which you ordered u won't get that u will get some other item. The item which I received is totally different from the item which I got. Its totally fraud application. The application is not yet showing about delivered items and also ordered items where the customers will track the order
4 ★ I ordered shoes from Popshop but the product quality was absolutely useless and rheumatism.It is a completely different product the one show Neither the seller gives an answer nor does any mail from Popshop help center get a response. There is also no option for product Saturn. Absolutely useless app. Do not download at all. It snap the bass
4 ★ All my customer order was system rejected. It was totally a mess..we are unable to track anything as it has worst features.. They charge extra for weight difference which is not after a month where we are unable to retrieve any data from app
1 ★ Very bad experience as I placed order and they parceled with broken and low quality products. I opt to return and they didn't accept the call even I wrote mail to them but no answer. It's been more than 50 days and this app is a waste of money.
1 ★ 1st issue if we recieve cod order & when customer return the product then how to recieve amout of order.... app is really good but 1 issue cant understan. 2nd issue customer order 2 product at a time then why we receive both products different order...here we loss 1 extra parcel charges.. ## big scam you dont give referral amount
1 ★ Worst application & service. I have been using this app since long but suddenly got a message that I have been charged for over weight but there was no overweight product as everytime we check and send. Really very disappointed with this app
1 ★ I am not ready to give a single star The very worst behaviour of this app made me to write this.The sellers from this app randomly pick address from another sellers and without customer permission they are sending parcel on cod to unknown customer.I have a proof .I don't know how they sent .I am going to raise a complaint against you the silly popshop.How dare u to allow such a sellers?.Shall I share their address here? The dress was tored and it was used by some one..it is full of ugly lines.
5 ★ Awsome good app for startup seller or those who want to sell the products via social sites. Its good, better and fast. Keep it up. Good going. One sugestion to popup. Convert your app into a market place. Where any user can see the buy the product directly without contact seller.
2 ★ Chat feature not working well accross multiple devices. Some messages left on first device, some on 2nd device and some on 3rd device. Chat messages are not stored server, messages are getting stored device. Please fix this asap.
1 ★ Don't trust sellers on this website I was lucky I saw reviews before taking delivery. I order wireless headphones and order was not showing on their website but I was getting messages regarding order. In case tomorrow I want to return my order how I will.
1 ★ So many problem are there, no customer care number, my customer paid amount but no order will show so many time, some so couier late but no update, even they are not reply emails, Very irresponsible people they are..
