5 ★ I have been practicing yoga for a decade, and CA is by far one of the best virtual instructors I have found. Her voice is soothing. Her flows are challenging and her ques are clear and unique. I highly recommend downloading the Caley Alyssa app.
2 ★ Giving it 2 stars because i love Caley's nidras, but most of them didn't work on the app, the support hasn't answered, been waiting for over a week now. I think it's a rip off to pay for a service that doesn't work. Money basically thrown away.
5 ★ Caley is my favorite yoga teacher online. period. Her voice leads through transitions so gently and purposefully, it's honestly a pleasure following her. she's also very knowledgeable about reminding you to do certain things w your body as to not hurt or cause strain on your body during different positions.
5 ★ I enjoy weight training, HIIT, and yoga, but Caley's yoga program is the only one I have found that is challenging no matter what level you are. I like the workout and flexibility I get from her classes. I deleted the other yoga app after a week and finally found this. I saw her first on Beach Body and haven't found better.
5 ★ Love Caley Alyssa's yoga nidras! So great that they are now on an app. The user interface is awesome and it's much easier to have them all in one place. There is also a wide variety of classes - can't wait to try her new workouts and yoga on the app! Highly recommend.
