MedcalEMR is a tool for doctors and practitioners to give them the complete control of the patient databases and their medical records in hand. It facilitates them to approve appointments, get patient parameters, capture chief complaints, and if needed use the transcription team to electronically document the patient medical record. This enables them to assess the information on a click of a button and enable quality treatment. This platform ensures the practitioners are protected from medico-legal cases, give competent treatment, manage patient databases and much more. All this is done without changing the routine of the doctor.

Features

Patient App: The MedcalEMR patient app gives the patient access to chose their doctors and fix appointments.
Call centre support: Those who do not use apps can give a call or missed call to the MedcalEMR contact centre whose support agents would facilitate the patient to fix the appointment and obtain all information needed by the doctor.
Doctor can approve his appointments and with a simple display queue his patients accordingly.
Doctor gets to see his patients’ records even as they enter and straight away start on the physical examination.
He can input and update the medical record or use the recording system to have his files electronically transcribed.
MedcalEMR transcription team would transcribe the files within a maximum of 24 hours. Priority files will be given in 12/8/4 hours as is needed.
Drug, lab, X-ray and scan prescriptions can be printed out with simple boxes to mark.
Follow up appointments and reference to another doctor is also added.
