Description
When you first launch the companion app, it will ask you about your lifestyle and make personalized recommendations on which tests to watch.
METHODS

1. Analyze monitoring - the companion app helps you create your personal analysis panel based on your lifestyle, age and body parameters.
2. (Development) Relationships - it has already been proven that the quality of our relationships directly affects our health. This is probably the most difficult section of the application. At the moment we are still thinking in what form to implement this section. We will be glad to receive your suggestions, ideas!
3. Sleep - just start getting enough sleep and you will feel an improvement in your physical and emotional state. The companion app will help you determine what conditions will provide you with a better sleep.
4. Lifestyle - the companion app will help you improve the habits that suit you.
5. Rest is not a whim, a necessity. It reduces stress levels and increases information levels.
6. Meals - all you have to do is start having dinner three hours before bedtime, and the companion app will already help you set the time of the last meal that suits you.
7. (In development) Education - we want to save you time and help you to know better about yourself and your peculiarities. The companion application will generate for you a personalized feed with the latest achievements, primarily containing information relevant to your current state.
