Download the latest Speaking Buttons application, version 1.9, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Medical app is developed by HobbySoft and is easy to download and install.

Description
The "Speaking Buttons" application is able to speak for you in situations where you cannot use your own voice. For example, at a dentist appointment you will be able to tell the doctor about your health and sensations by pressing the appropriate button while your mouth is wide open.
In the application settings, you can configure 2, 4, 6 or any other number of buttons and assign a phrase or word to each of them. Also you can select the color for each button and the size of the spoken text on the button. If there are many buttons, you may rearrange them in the configuration mode by drag & drop.
The application does not require registration and runs with minimal permissions on your device. All button and phrase settings are stored only locally on your device.

Speaking Buttons 1.9 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

4 ★ Great simple app. I use it to speech train my parrot. I would love to have a feature to record my own voice instead of a generic text to speech Google voice. Also, it would be helpful if the screen could be locked (sometimes my parrot moves the screen and it shows the settings buttons). Other than that, fantastic!
