To initiate a payment request, you'll require the PAY ID of the member.
PAY ID : It's a 4 digit number which is used for identifying a member. It's located at the top right hand side corner of the FLYK member app.
TOTAL BILL AMOUNT : This is the net amount which the member has to pay.
After you have entered the above details in their respective places, simply click on the 'Done' button on the keyboard & the member will receive the payment request in his/her mobile app.
Once the member completes the payment, you'll receive a confirmation notification and the payment successful popup will be displayed on your app's screen.
You can check the payment details and the various payment modes used by the members by clicking on the 'Balance & Settlement' button which is located at the top right hand side corner of the app.
This is just the beginning. FLYK will soon be rolling out new features which will transform the payment experience for you as well as for your customers.
