The beginning of the path of Dms- Burnier began in 1982 with the opening of Valinhos unit, with the trade name "Valilab Clinical Analysis". In 1992, the first branch was located in the city of Campinas with the name "Dms-Clinical Analysis".

In 1995 came the merger with Dr. Rogério Burnier Laboratory began to use the logo "Dms-Burnier." In the following years it was opened two more branches, one in the city of Hortolândia (1997) and another in Vineyard (1999).

In 2005 another branch was opened, now in the municipality of Monte Mor, and in 2009 the second branch of Valinhos (Vila Santana) and another in the city of Sumaré.

In 2011, the building project started the Technical Operations Center (N.T.O) area designed to international standards solely for the conduct of laboratory tests.

With 30 years of experience in the Dms-Burnier offers 18 service units in seven cities in the metropolitan region of Campinas, arranged in several own units, clinics and hospitals, as well as partnerships with companies.
