1 ★ The app wouldn't go past the set up of payment. Who do you speak with about that? And can y'all erase my info since I can't even access the app. And now it's saying we pay registration failed. What gives??
1 ★ The app does not all you to download a profile pic, keeps saying to grant permission for photos when I did already and it won't go past that page, 😒 disappointed with this app disappointed 😔!!!
3 ★ Good news! I was paid out 1 of my tips! Also, the app force closes alot but it is great to get shifts a few times a month and the photo attaching clip does not work. Pays decently for short shifts, longer cleaning shifts 5-6 hours pays low ($21/hour). I tend to stick to shorter shifts 2-4 hours which pay $26 per hour generally. Frequent uninstall and reinstall required to just access the app!!! 3 out of 5 until improved & they pay out ALL tips.
4 ★ They have app and payment issues they are working through. But great concept, and their process is way more streamlined amd faster than other bloated competitive apps. They have a few gems in customer service who really do try to help you.
2 ★ I have messaged support to let them know their app does not allow Android users to accept jobs. The app does not allow you to confirm your time in order to complete the process. It also crashes a lot. Support has yet to respond even though they state response time is 2-3 days, which in my opinion is a very poor response time for its users. Great idea, too bad the app isn't facilitating work.
1 ★ The concept is great but there are NO jobs available and most custom jobs were posted 1-3 years ago. I think this is a scam to access your personal info and sell it, including driver’s license and bank account, which they say they need to verify your identity since you go into peoples' houses and bank info is necessary to get paid. I just hope no one steals my identity. I deleted the app from my phone and so far can’t get them to confirm they’ve deleted my info from their records. Scary!
1 ★ Crash, crash crash, reinstall, reinstall, and reinstall. Honestly, not even sure if I even want to continue with this because I cant get the app to coorporate. And I would hate to have to tell a client that I don't have the proper equipment for job or God forbib if I were running late and I couldn't give them a reasonable excuse other than the app not working.
1 ★ App difficult to work, alot of times it wont even open, wont log in, accept info needed to get everything set.. been trying to set up for days on 2 different phones and it's still a plm.. at first I was stuck on getting my pic added.. switched phones then I could log on, now I'm stuck on jobs I wanna see closed it and it never opened again🤦🏾♂️
1 ★ Amateurish mess. App crashes and closes when I expand the job search radius. In a week I never saw a single available job; no idea if this was because there was no work, or because the app is broken. "Management" you talk to when you call sound like high school kids pretending to run a business. Tech support sent me multiple generic "fixes" that suggested they hadn't actually read my description of the problem, and which accomplished nothing. Complete waste of time.
1 ★ Dose not work propperly the jobs dissapear when i accept them and they want to do everything throught text. Which it takes hours for them to get back to you. Also i am constaintly confused about there pay system brcause they have it in american when showing payment but then payouts are in canaidian dollar and the ammount changes. DOSE NOT WORK PROPERLY. 0 star rating if i could give it one. Do not use this app.
1 ★ Well I was taking the questionnaire for the handyman position you guys offer and I got to the point where I needed to upload my driver's license or photo ID and it will not allow me to do so it doesn't give me any other options and it will not go into my gallery on my phone just drive or saved photos. This is hindering me from completing the verification and job process questionnaire and I am unable to complete it and accept gigs because of that
4 ★ Diem is great. Independent contractors can choose to do moving, junk removal, cleaning, plumbing, landscaping, and other job types in the gig economy. Pay is decent, and most info is presented upfront to avoid confusion. If there were more jobs I would change 4 stars to 5.
5 ★ I have Been a diemer for a few months now taking about 3-7 jobs a weeks sometimes and I would recommmend this app if you want to make money. I have had some issues but their tech eventually fixed them. They mostly communicate thru text and it does take 1-3 days to get paid but always have been paid. People on here bashing this app is they probably didn't take the time to reach out to get help cause they were responding to me. As far as the jobs it depends on where you live.
4 ★ My updated review: The Diem app is operating better. The developer updates are a huge improvement. I completed two jobs, since last week. Also, it would be beneficial for Diemers to have the customer phone number; (upon accepting job). I had to contact Diem support for the phone numbers. I'm a handyman. I need further details before arriving at customer home. Great improvements and keep up the good work!
5 ★ I've worked for Diem 2 different times as a cleaner. They are a really fair company to work for. I had no experience as a cleaner. But they had me going through an assessment and quick training and I got nearly all 5 star reviews. I even had a customer who always requested me. Most have tips. The pay was about $26 per hour which was high for any cleaning jobs. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for quick money! Thanks diem
