5 ★ A very handy app. I'd suggest you just to add more info how to report reactions if you live in the English speaking countries but not USA. Other then English languages would be awesome too. Thank you!

5 ★ It's nice to have a tool for easy accessibility to factual information on the subject of vaccines without the information being filtered or screened or removed. I will be sharing wity everyone I know to ensure they have access to informed consent. Thank you for creating this app.

1 ★ I wish there was a 0 stars. This is a pile of misinformation and highlights out of context. If you want to be mislead, this is the app for you. If you actually want to learn, read the inserts and the why of the components. Visit a graveyard from before the vaccine for diptheria. Witness the countless tombstones for children. Learn all you can from people who understand that the dose makes the poison. Or, have a measles party and end up in the ICU. Google it.

5 ★ I appreciate the time put into this app. It is very helpful to have the FDA vaccine inserts in hand at all times! Everyone needs this app to educate their self on ingredients and adverse reactions to vaccines.

5 ★ Great app! Gives unbiased factual info on vaccine inserts, ingredients, VAERS, etc straight from the sources. Useful tool for making an INFORMED decision based on facts.

5 ★ This is a great reference to provide the actual ingredients of the massive number of shots that a baby is getting these days. Very helpful.

1 ★ The author does not know the difference between adverse reactions and adverse events, and conflating the two is a sure sign that the author is an amateur in this arena, along with the fact that he includes the Vitamin K shot in the list of vaccines. Guess anything that comes from a needle is a "vaccine." Author also fails to note the rate of adverse events in the vaccinated group versus the placebo group - in many cases, they are virtually the same. The app seems to have been created in order to sell their MLM-based "TRS Detox" spray, as the "vaccine help" link contains that information and nothing else. There is no need for the author to respond with the copy/paste paragraph about vaccine court compensation. Everyone acknowledges that the vaccine court has paid out approximately 4 billion dollars to approximately 6,000 claimants since 1986. In the same time period, several hundred million vaccines have been administered, so the court payout data supports the statistics stating that true vaccine reactions are less than 1 in 1,000,000.

1 ★ Pointless and incorrect All the leaflet information is readily available rendering the App pointless. However it is more than that, it is misleading and incorrect in descriptions of ingredients. As such I class this as dangerous. Read explanations of the ingredients from a qualified person, some one with accreditation ffs.

5 ★ This is a WONDERFUL TOOL for any mom or Dad who truly is looking to be INFORMED. The sheet they give you at the doctor's is a fluff marketing piece. If you live in California and are mandated this app will aid you in accurately distinguishing adverse reactions and injury you or your child maybe suffering. This app is based on fact. The Inserts are actually from the manufacturers. Information from the CDC. It is easy to navigate. Thank you so much from this mom of vaccine injured children.

5 ★ Love this app but have some requests... Make it look more professional. Link where the info came from. The CDC or FDA link so that way people understand that this is true information and sourced from the government's websites. Please and thank you.

3 ★ I wish this app had a function to search adverse events and give you a list of all the vaccines that aline with that event

1 ★ Blatantly biased app that tries to imply that vaccines carry far, far more risk than they actually do. It even contains a propaganda like game where a little cherubic baby dies the moment that it touches a vaccination needle. Completely predatory app that misrepresents itself as informative when really it's just playing into the typical antivax trope of 'reed da insuurtzz' Inserts are useless if you don't understand them, links to ingredients are useless if they don't include dosage and toxicity.

1 ★ A misleading money grab by an author preying on the fears of many. All the apps by this author are just copies of other people's work with slight differences. That in and of itself wouldn't be too bad if not for the obvious manipulation of facts to scare others. I hope your referral link to a completely untested product being hawked to people desperate for real help makes you enough $. Even though there is about as much legitimate proof that TRS works as there is evidence homeopathy works.
