This app is for you then.
Features -
-Increase your metabolism rate
-Make your lifestyle an active one and aid your weight loss program
-Tools to calculate your BMI and Base Metabolism Rate
-As you log your activity, this app will show for how long did you sit or for how long you were not sitting.
-You can set an alert for specific minutes, the application will notify you and then you can decide to take a walk!
-You can log two states, 'sitting' and 'not sitting'.
-It shows you the percentage of both activities.
-Free (ad supported, just banners not those annoying ones)
Future updates -
- Automatically detect if the user is sitting or not sitting using accelerometer.
