BeingCitizen allows to to crowdsource matters pertaining to your surroundings through 'speakouts' that brings you in touch directly with the required changemaker on the platform.
You, in addition could becomes the eyes of your community by collecting evidence on a topic relevant to your community (Solid Waste, Public Health, Safety, etc.)
You can also network with your fellow community members through microblogs.
App permissions
BeingCitizen - Changemakers 6.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
