Description
This app includes the latest first aid advice and protocols for dealing with emergency situations. It is simple to follow with illustrated guides and voiced instructions.
The app doesn’t replace the benefits of learning first aid on a St John Ambulance course, nor is it as in depth as a full first aid manual. But when there is an emergency, it will help you to know what to do to in those few crucial moments when basic knowledge of first aid can make the difference.
Nothing is more tragic than a life lost needlessly. You can be the difference between life and death.
Please note: The first aid advice is based solely upon UK protocols. Both the UK and European emergency service numbers are provided.

5 ★ I purchased a St.John Basic First Aid Book years ago locally near to where I live. However, it would better having your app on my mobile phone rather having using a book. I coach archery and having the app on my mobile would be great especially outdoors and indoors. I will rate 5 stars for this app.
4 ★ Please enable swipe across screens, rather than 'next' button. Could help I'm panic situations. Other than that...brilliant and essential app.

4 ★ A Must Have for your device. Even if you never use it, it should still be on your device. It's very light too so doesn't have any negative effect on your device speed.

3 ★ - Last update November 2016... - Would be great if the pages could be swipe, not with the button - Would be great if there could be an option to just listen to the instructions - And to add an option to look for the nearest AED (defibrillator) Besides, works great but has potential to be way much better.

4 ★ Great that St John's have m out the time and effort into making an app but it doesn't give easy access to their advice on a really common situation: unconscious and unknown cause.
5 ★ Great App. I just have one question/suggestion. Is there any way this can be made accessible from a lock screen? Could be handy if the device owner is the one in need of first aid.
