4 ★ Application did not find mug which was located next to phone. I tried to reinstall app, restart phone but it did not work. Problem was found in version of Bluetooth (4.0). When we tried it with newer phone, application worked well. Thanks for support from yecup team
1 ★ Customer support is argumentative and not helpful. App doesn't connect. When it does then the cup does get to max hot or cold temp as listed. Nothing works as advertised. Scammmmmmm
1 ★ After of hours of trying to get it connect to my Samsung s7 i have given up. Hugely disappointing after waiting so long for this. Front buttons seem poor qiality and click intermittently and feels like it will be unusable pretty soon if buttons fail and i can't connect. Yecup is repeatedly rejecting my pairing efforts. Also seem to be a lot of curious app reviews which make no mention of the product.
3 ★ I discovered that the App cannot connect to the Yecup unless your phone has GPS enabled. Otherwise it sits and scans endlessly without connecting. This will happen even if you have already connected once and then turned off GPS. The next time you start the app, it will not connect unless you enable GPS. Poor design.
3 ★ Stuck on "looking for yecup" probably just a bug that is yet to be fixed.
5 ★ Immediately synced up after asking for Bluetooth permission, no issues with the app. Simple with a few options in the app, nothing crazy. Using a Nexus 6.
