5 ★ Allan Carr's program takes a more direct and honest aproaxh. He tells it like it is. We aren't stupid, weak or happy. We are addicted to nicot I ne. Plain and simple. AND they give u free support via email or phone!!!
2 ★ The aspect ratio is horrible on full screen. The buttons don't follow material design. Video keeps playing if the app is closed. Video loops if you don't select next chapter.
1 ★ Can't get the sound to work, even tried using headphones and Bluetooth speaker (which were worse). Took three months to find a way to contact them, as there is no support contact in the app (even tried all the Google suggestions, and FINALLY downloaded another app..."my paid apps" to find a way to contact them). Got a confirmation tonight that they have received my support request (auto responded)...so we'll see
5 ★ Needs an update. I have sent an email to the development. And I hope that they do update it. I have feel this is worth every penny!
5 ★ I have not used this app yet! But I know Allens method works!! I read his book ( the easy way to stop smoking) I don't normally read as I find it boring usually! But I couldn't put this one down! He knew what he was on about!! Sadly I never finished the last couple of chapters and after 3mths of completely stopping & happy about it to! I took a fag off someone ( DIDN'T EVEN ACTUALLY WANT IT) and that's why I now need this app! Follow his method, do everything said! IT WORKS! aslong as U DO IT ALL!!
1 ★ This app consists of streaming video chapters. It loads extremely slowly... and freezes up every 20 seconds or so while its buffering. I would not recommend this app to anyone. If you can, apply the money you would have spent on this app towards the book... Unless you enjoy waiting 30 mins to watch a fragmented 5 min video.
1 ★ I'm unhappy with this app, can't be used unless you are online, I don't normally write a review, but this is ridiculous, for almost £3 its a scam... Shame, as I know the book works. I would save your money for a hard copy of the book. Good luck!
2 ★ Total waste of money. The book is way better. The stopping and starting of 2-5 minute segments ruins this.

1 ★ The book is terrific. This app is garbage. It only works on WiFi, and barely then. You can't download the media, so you can only stream it. The files are too large, so playback is very choppy. End result: app is unusable. Do not purchase, buy the book or audio book.
5 ★ I know SO many people who have quit with this method.. It REALLY works!! The approach is simple and extremely effective. GO for it!!
