Description
Homemade ice cream is the best dish that is easy to make ice cream without cream.
Recipe ice cream sundae will need: cream 33% 400g, condensed milk 200g, vanilla sugar 1H. l. or a pinch of vanilla. The cream should be refrigerated for at least 5 hours in the refrigerator. Add a little vanilla for flavor or 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
To make chocolate ice cream, we need: sugar 100-150g, cocoa powder 50g, egg whites, 500ml of milk, cream 33% fat content.
Preparing fruit ice cream: 200g of strawberries (or fruit / berry puree). 200g water, 100g water, 100g sugar, 10g (2 tsp) corn starch or 5g (1 tsp) potato or 3 g gelatin. Citric acid on the tip of the knife. 1H. l. lemon juice.
