1 ★ they used to be fantastic, but now they distribute themselves, so they cram as many orders as possible from several places. as a result, the food is late, it's cold and, what's worse, they make you believe that the fault is of the restaurant. another good thing gone bad in Albania.
1 ★ The app is very nice. But is as a mask to cover the ugliness of the conpany. Delivery means to order and get the product on your doorstep. They really misuse their power of being monopol and being the only one in the market. The drivers are arrogants as well the support. Giving you the worst feeling possible. The prices that goes higher and higher without cause, inly making the hole experience more disgusting every time thiout adding the cost factor. Capitlist without nowing what capitalism is!
1 ★ Worst delivery app ever , can't even express the disappoint when you have to wait for 2 hrs and get 3 cold pizzas . Things like this will happen in different orders and restaurants
4 ★ I cannot order for a very long time from this application. They blocked my number. I have repeatedly asked for it to be fixed, but they were not interested. I think there is no customer service department. I think this small and cute country deserves better service. / I wrote here and got quick feedback. They were interested in my problem using all communication channels. Nice to be able to order again :) Thanks for your help
1 ★ Restaurants are always quick baboon fails to deliver 80% of the time. It has been an hour since I placed the order and according to Baboon driver is on his way....the place is 5 min away. Give these guys GPS and increase output. I tried to give this app a chance 3x this year, this is my last order. They apologize and apologize and it never changes. Let's also not talk about the usability of this app. Update: After 1.5hrs the driver called and I refused delivery. They need competition to improve
2 ★ The best app of this kind in Albania. However, this app is not smart. There is no gps location tracking and the expected food arrival time is totally wrong. You always receive the delivery at least 20 mins later than expectations. I need my food on time please!!!
1 ★ Prices are not accurate, i ordered a pizza and the bill was more expensive than what the app showed me. The delivery guy told me that the price in the app was not correct. I wrote an email to boboon and i didnt even get an answer.
1 ★ Very bad experience. Order is always late and the time line from pick up to delivery is never accurate. Food comes cold and in bad shape. Drivers are often rude. Can't wait for another company who offers the same service.

1 ★ It was awesome in the beginning...now that they have created some clients...they have become a Disappointment and have hired a rude not professional staff .... the orders are not coming anymore...they do not notify and they yell on the phone. 😡
1 ★ Worst experience ever. Your site doesn't even have the correct information for any restaurant and your customer support is totally useless. To say that it's absolutely the worst to ever exist doesn't even cover it.
5 ★ Something is suddenly wrong with your app. I used it several times a week until tonight. Now, it doesn't work at all. You can select the items you want but you can't get past that point. Update: Now it works like a charm! Thanks for the fix!
2 ★ Simple app, not a lot of choices. Would be better to have a chat box with the shop/driver. Also to locate the order via map.
1 ★ Everyday they are going worse and worse. The cost of delivery is going really high and changes day from day. They just use the distance as an excuse. Totally terrible!!
1 ★ it usually works well but half of the time the service is terrible. the food arrives cold or they arrive 1 hour late and do not notify you in time of the occurrency. sadly horrible service
