Description
With the application, citizens have the ability to send messages and complaints online, attach the necessary files, audio and video materials, as well as track the performance of his conversion.
The app operates in the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 №221-III «On the order of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities." Treatment filed in accordance with this Act, subject to mandatory receiving, registering, and Accounting Review. Anonymous applications, as well as treatment, that do not contain the essence of the issue is not subject to review.
The interface includes support for the Kazakh and Russian languages, runs on DEREK platform developed by IT companies Mediana Services Limited, Aktau (support@mediana.kz)
