Description
This application was created for the hackathon Developing Latin America 2013 in Costa Rica.
His Comptroller you may provide us with important information to qualify the performance of public and private institutions, their participation will improve the services provided and you will receive a ateción it deserves.
What is Your Controller?
It is an application for any mobile device or computer where you can provide feedback on the service received a Public or Private Institution service.
With this tool you will evaluate aspects such as attention, time, and official personality variables that allow us to form a global view of their perception of the service received.
Rate by user experience and send us your qualifications to perform the services requested improvements.
Why is it important this application?
Often, when we go to public institutions, we were so dissatisfied with the way the services our tour ends in an exchange of laments who work here with us in the proceedings and (often) in a dispute with officials serve us.
For that reason we created this application to provide users with a Comptroller Virtual Services where we can give their opinions and rate the service they received, so take action on the issue and reduce the level of user complaints and improve service institutions.
