1 ★ Won't accept login credentials and does not work with Dashlane.
1 ★ Only accepts two characters when I try to enter my password. Looks like this is a previously reported issue (2 years ago!!!) When are you going to fix it?
1 ★ Won't let me log in with my credentials. Email and password are correct. No luck.
1 ★ I am unable to access most of the links and cannot login to the member area. I pay my dues every year and spend alot of money with aasi on books, refresher courses and certifications. I continusseley receive bad service and this app is no diffrernt. For a business teaching customer service it is very disappointing. Maybe we start showing our customers the same service psia/aasi shows us. Seems to work for them.
2 ★ It will not allow me to input password. Only takes at most 2 spaces of my password before overwriting it. My password is 7 spaces long.
1 ★ Won't let my type in my password, kinda hard to study for my level 1 if I can't read the handbook I bought.
3 ★ Not all links are active yet but the concept is sound. I hope they remember the KISSSS rule (Keep It Simple for Seniors, Snowboarders, Skiers)
2 ★ It should cut down on its' social media platform. The member login in button is not ideal. The extra option's at the bottom of the screen are very redundant. This is more about reading than doing. The accessories catalog should direct you to insight of purchase's The app has some good topics to look in to.
1 ★ Does not let me login using a tablet or my galaxy s6.
1 ★ Would love to read articles and view videos on my tablet. Can't download it. Hopefully there will be a fix.
1 ★ On moto g. Will not let me log in, so can't do anything. Would like to rate better but need to get this login issue fixed.
5 ★ You have to activate my subscription first from my email before it will work on you phone. It's amazing!! I love it. The videos are awesome and so helpful. Very cool to watch from my phone on the chairlift, then go do what you just learned from the app. Just what I have been looking for. The PDF files are every useful to read and watch the videos. Also a great tool to study for certification. I love High Tech Stuff and this is it=)
1 ★ The password section will not let me enter more the two characters before it starts deleting what I entered. Therefore I can not log in.
