VT Waves ADHD is a brainwave sound therapy for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder .
Many people have heard of ADHD. It may make you think of kids who have trouble paying attention or who are hyperactive or impulsive. Adults can have ADHD, too. About 4% to 5% of adults have it. But few adults get diagnosed or treated for it.
Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a mental health condition exhibited by difficulty maintaining attention, as well as hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. Adult ADHD symptoms can lead to a number of problems, including unstable relationships, poor work or school performance, and low self-esteem.

Neuroimaging studies have associated various structural, functional, electrical activity and chemical correlates with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults.
Regions of the brain associated with under-activation of ADHD in adults are the central sulcus, the precentral gyrus, the middle frontal gyrus, the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, the inferior parietal lobule, the basal ganglia, the cerebellum, the anterior cingulate and the pineal gland.
VT Waves ADHD consist of 3 different sessions. Every session is 23 minutes long.
