2 ★ 4 devices at 3 locations and "all" of them have been struggling to get anything productive done. The 16GB and 24 GB rams Powerhouse PC and Laptops don't help. Call support and it is never a software issue, your device or setting when 2 weeks ago there was no issue. Almost dropped another $400 for the Commercial version.
5 ★ Rarely have issues with the app. Occasionally freezes and need to restart app so I periodically save report to ensure I don't lose anything entered. Overall one of the better inspection apps available.

5 ★ I have used PalmTech since 2002, never had an issue. I do miss the drop down menus that were in Pocket PC because it was faster. It would be nice if you could arrange the order of the photos within the program without having to delete them and start over....Also, being able to add a "text box" to each photo so you wouldn't have to search for a clear area on the photo and choose a contrasting font color would be nice. For those of you who have taken photos of an Asphalt Shingle up close, you know what I'm talking about......
