Description
The program is designed to:
• Reactivate GM vehicles that do not currently have an active subscription with OnStar
• Provides customers with the security of OnStar wherever they are—even if they do not own a GM vehicle
• Generate awards for employees or the business owner by helping customers sign up for OnStar service

The app is for dealership/service center associates only.
App permissions
OnStar Dealer Rewards 4.2.8 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
