1 ★ The app has been down for over a week. They made changes to accommodate the addition of the money ball but the whole Quick Draw section is extremely poor. The numbers come out in numerical order, not the order in which they are drawn so this is no fun to watch.
3 ★ Very slow to scan. Freezes and the app stops after I can finally scan at least 2 tickets. I always have multiple, please look into this. Very convenient to scan them before I return to my lotto spot.
1 ★ The app wont let me log in. It keeps telling me that the server is not available to try again later. Been going on for more than a week. Tried deleting it and downloading it again but nothing seems to work.
3 ★ New York lottery app I find that the app on signing in has been coming up at not available try again later I don't like it and I've been doing this for the past two weeks with somebody with straighten this out badass when I first downloaded it it was great I was able to scan my tickets and now I can't do nothing not a thing I can't sign in so there's nothing I can do so I give you a rating of two on the star scale thank you
3 ★ Able to log in as a guest only. Will always log you out automatically. Camera scanner works when it wants to.
2 ★ The ticket scanner works when it wants to which is annoying. Also for the last month I have been not able to login as there's always.an error message stating the server is temporarily unavailable.
1 ★ The app is giving me this message since yesterday every time I tried to log in THE SERVER IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER Just trying again 5/11/2021 11:45am Still not being able to log in 5/14/2021 12:40pm still not working
1 ★ I checked Google's engineer for the lottery tickets numbers and they were correct and then I checked the New York State lottery app and was incorrect is that needs to be updated fixed and clear all the bugs that are in it maybe it has too many worms
