Description
CONNECTERRA quiz
Walk for 1 km from the head frame to the eastern foot of the “lange terril” (long slag heap). You will find a table with three discs from a tree trunk at this junction: A, B and C.
You must walk to the tree trunk with the correct answer on it for each question: good exercise!
Compass
A totem is located at the top of each slag heap that activates the compass on your smartphone. You can then explore the horizon. If you tap the relevant points, you can find out all sorts of exciting background information.
The key figures
The tables and benches on the site are covered with tips & tricks from people who are linked to the Hoge Kempen National Park. A Ranger, a resident, a manager, a faithful visitor, and many others. When you get close to these tips & tricks, more information will appear in the app.
