Download the latest HomeWAV application, version 2.18.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Communication app is developed by HomeWAV, LLC and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 2.18.0, 2.17.1, 2.16.1, 2.12.1, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
HomeWAV Mobile App Features:
- New to HomeWAV? Create a free account.
- Returning visitor? Login with your username and password.
- Fully registered and approved visitors will be able to choose the facility and add inmate.
- See available funds, add funds or transfer funds.
- Add, update or change credit/debit information.
- Only pay for the minutes you use. No plans or packages.
- Once logged in, the inmate will see you are available and can initiated a phone call, video call or message (*If allowed by facility).
- Visitor will receive notification once inmate is logged in.
- Easily schedule onsite visits (*If allowed by facility).
- No scheduling required for remote video visitations.
For best results, a WIFI connection and use of headset are suggested.
Note: Not available at all facilities. Phone and video costs will vary.
App permissions
HomeWAV 2.18.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to change the Z-order of tasks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

2 ★ Couldn't figure out at first and then no matter if it is a video call or a phone call it seems to charge the same price and it's expensive when you're putting $20 on a day for 2 to 3 phone calls with your loved one and get only an hour of talk time!!!
1 ★ This is the worst service I have ever had to pay for. The absolute lack of common sense is amazing. Has anyone ever see a decimal point on a Land line phone. Or better why would a service for jail inmates. Not have a kiosk right next to the one people use to put money on the inmates commissary for the phone.or offer better yet. Certain amounts ranging from 10.00 to say 50.00 dollars like they used to 10 years ago. I Will be so glad when common sense. Comes back into fashion.

1 ★ Expensive and poor quality. Pay attention to each transaction and calls drop constantly
2 ★ It was great when I first downloaded it but soon it started having problems. Now it won't let me text more than 10 spaces then every letter vanishes. I emailed customer support but it took a couple of complaints to get a response l. Overall I'm very disappointed. Sometimes the call quality is really bad or drops calls 😡😡😡
