Description

This application was created to know and maintain a healthy state your pelvic floor. It is divided into two sections: one for the woman and for a man, so as to follow a custom work plan.
Through the exercises you can improve the tone and functionality of your pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor muscles, which are present both in women as in men, are a very important part of the body, because they are involved in many physiological functions: control of continence; static pelvic; sexual function.
When there is a weakening because of childbirth, menopause or surgery in the pelvic area, you may occur phenomena of incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual difficulties. Conversely, when there is an increase in muscle tone, then an overtone, this can lead to pain and sexual difficulties.
This application is a tool to be able to train properly the pelvic muscles. In the training section you can find different programs depending on your very important problematica.È perform the exercises correctly and follow your training plan, depending on your dysfunction because several issues are different treatment plans.
You can follow a predetermined program or change your workout parameters in the personal file. The full program lasts at least two months. If there are no problems, but you just want to keep fit your perineum you can follow your training program just for one month.
Before you start exercising you'll want to check out the information on how it is done and how the pelvic floor, to perform the exercises as correctly as possible.
