MayaMD 2.5.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.

4 ★ I believe that any digital health platform need to consider on priority the patient risk monitoring, clinical decision support system and automated for tirage information to make it easier for Health care professionals to proactively provide effective population health management system. After going through narrative description of the MayaMD I believe it has the needed workflow to meet the desired objectives.
